Procedure for submitting complaints and suggestions
Complaints and suggestions are submitted through the channels available above, with the necessity of mentioning the required data and contact numbers, or by filling out the form below.
The complaint or suggestion is recorded and referred to the relevant department.
A specialized team investigates the complaint or suggestion by communicating with the complainant.
The complaint will be resolved within a maximum period of 15 days, or the possibility of implementing the proposal will be studied.
Complaints and suggestions are communicated with and updated.
If the issue is not resolved within 15 days, the complaint will be escalated to senior management.
Upon escalation, the complaint will be processed within a period not exceeding two working days.
